Finance / Strategy
Advancing Through Complexity
3. September 2026 | Kunsthaus Zürich (Chipperfield-Bau)
The broader M&A market is gradually regaining momentum after a period of subdued activity. This recovery is supported by solid financing conditions, a strengthening transaction pipeline, and a gradual return of investor confidence. At the same time, the environment remains complex, shaped by geopolitical developments, regulatory shifts, and rapid technological disruption. In this context, many companies are reassessing their portfolios, focusing on selective growth opportunities and strengthening execution capabilities to support long-term value creation.
During the conference, we will explore how M&A transactions should be structured to remain resilient. We will also discuss where companies can create real value through targeted diversification and where a stronger focus on core businesses appears to be the more sustainable strategy. Participants will gain practical insights into managing complexity and evaluating strategic options.
We are pleased to invite you to the tenth M&A Forum, organised by Finanz und Wirtschaft Forum, on 3 September 2026. Across a series of panel discussions, on-stage interviews, and presentations, the forum will provide participants with practical insights.
